Job Overview

A seasoned backend engineer with expertise in leading Python engineering teams is needed to drive scalable ML/AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate directly with clients' designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Lead engineering work to develop innovative features for large-scale data-driven projects.
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Identify and address complex technical issues, contributing to open-source libraries as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with strong management skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Proficiency in the Python programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, and RESTful web services.
  • Ability to write effective unit, system, and integration tests.
  • Background in leading engineering teams to develop new features for scalable ML/AI solutions.
  • Capacity to tackle challenging technical issues and contribute to open-source libraries.
  • Ability to create and maintain CI/CD processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and delivering complex systems.
  • Ability to take ownership of work and align with client objectives.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week.
