About the Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or organizational design;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
