Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement user experience strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business and customer needs.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and project teams.
- 5+ years of experience working in a mid to large design team.
- Experience working with design systems and agile product development processes.
- Demonstrable and relevant professional projects.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time and priorities with little guidance.
- Familiarity with accessibility design and user experience research methods.
- Experience working on enterprise or B2C products.
