Job Description

The Financial Operations Manager will provide strategic advice and support to internal business partners and external stakeholders. They will develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls related to financial management, accounting (in compliance with GAAP), cash management, financial and strategic planning, tax compliance, and corporate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger (GL), customer billing, monthly reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis of operations, cost of equity, and fixed asset control.
  • Prepare monthly financial forecasts and oversee the annual budget process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards; participate in the annual audit process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years' experience in a similar position.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • Willingness to travel (10% of the time).
  • Complete Higher Education in Accounting or Economics.
