Operations Partner

We are seeking an experienced Operations Partner to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for leading HR actions and establishing partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage third-party contracts to ensure hiring and impact on business productivity
  • Partner with leaders at various levels of the organization to develop future-oriented goals focused on people's experience
  • Lead HR actions for campaign periods such as Black Friday, Prime Day, etc.
  • Coordinate HR processes for various locations of logistics stations in Brazil
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in labor relations
  • Project management skills
