Job Opportunity

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for supporting laundry operations and providing services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Provide support to the laundry function when required
  • Manage wash cycles, folding of linen, and correct storage
  • Ensure timely delivery of guest requests in line with company standards
  • Greet guests warmly in public areas and rooms
  • Offer pressing, sewing, and other similar services to guests
  • Properly store soiled and damaged linen in designated bags
  • Maintain a clean and organized linen room and uniform store
  • Ensure chemicals are used and stored safely
  • Report maintenance and hazard issues promptly
  • Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
