Job Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead regional marketing initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. This role will be based in Latin America, focusing on key countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs across the region, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Develop annual marketing blueprints for regional initiatives, fostering relationships with external agencies.
  • Contribute to the design of sales incentive frameworks to align with established marketing strategies.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports, driving talent development and bench strength.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial roles, demonstrating business results achievement.
  • Previous background in healthcare, preferably in cardiovascular medicine.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing acumen, drive cross-market communication, and lead new product launches. They will also gather market intelligence reports, provide strategic feedback, and develop strategic plans forecasts.
