About our Team
Our regional marketing team translates the short
- and longer-term business goals into local marketing strategies. Our role includes execution of impactful regional marketing initiatives. This includes using the full spectrum of digital and on-site marketing channels, targeting the Academic, Government and Corporate research segment. We deliver regional market insight, in-depth understanding of customer behaviors and alignment with local Elsevier stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Marketing Lead you will be a key member of our Latin Sales team. This role is responsible for developing and managing marketing and engagement programs. This includes a broad marketing mix for the territory including on-site events, digital campaigns and public relation projects. The RMM handles the creation and execution of field-level engagement campaigns that drives the value perception of Elsevier in the territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Having responsibility for developing the regional/country-level marketing strategy and plan covering retention and growth marketing
- Collaborating with central marketing and regional team members to deliver effective local campaigns
- Developing local marketing content based on central assets and aligned with corporate branding guidelines
- Providing local market insights and facilitate engagement with our customers, expand and strengthen customer network at key strategic customers
- Tracking and report on effectiveness of local marketing activities
