Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a defined region, setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. Other responsibilities include market analysis, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
