
Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager role at K+S Group in Sao Paulo, Brazil, starting in November 2025. The position reports to regional leadership and involves leading a regional sales team across São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives to drive growth and market penetration.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high productivity and motivation.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, support, and market expansion strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closing, and ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
- Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts, analyzing trends and market data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Plan and oversee the annual regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
- Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
- Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Experience with team management.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable at an intermediate level.
- Mandatory to live in Paraná State; this position will be responsible for the São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul region.
