Overview Regional Sales Manager role at K+S Group in Sao Paulo, Brazil, starting in November 2025. The position reports to regional leadership and involves leading a regional sales team across São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives to drive growth and market penetration. Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high productivity and motivation. Foster strong relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, support, and market expansion strategies. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closing, and ensuring consistent progress toward targets. Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts, analyzing trends and market data to support decision-making and resource allocation. Plan and oversee the annual regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets. Your profile Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company. Degree in agronomy. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market. Strong agrobusiness background. Experience with team management. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking. English is desirable at an intermediate level. Mandatory to live in Paraná State; this position will be responsible for the São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul region.
