Travel will be required especially if based outside of São Paulo.Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs a key driver of revenue growth in our LATAM region, particularly in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious revenue targets. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) who can craft and execute high-impact marketing strategies and demand generation programs that align with regional pipeline and revenue objectives.Reporting StructureThe Senior RMM will be an integral member of our Americas Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Americas Marketing. This role requires building robust partnerships with the Neo4j LATAM sales team and collaborating effectively with various departments, including corporate marketing, digital, developer relations, communications (PR), and product marketing, to drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development:
