This is your opportunity to join a high-performing international business in a role that offers strategic visibility and regional influence. You'll be the commercial face of the brand in Brazil — trusted to drive engagement, market intelligence, and customer connection across Latin America.
What You'll Be Doing- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM
- Serve as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity
- Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors
- Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ
- 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates)
- Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset
You're a commercially minded professional with a strong foundation in fertilizer markets — ready to take on a visible role with scope to grow. You're confident managing relationships, spotting opportunities, and acting as the bridge between HQ and the region.
