Telekommunikations-Experte (m/w/d)

Als Telekommunikations-Experte triffst du regelmäßig unsere Kund*innen im persönlichen Gespräch, per Telefon oder E-Mail. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Fragen zu beantworten und Probleme zu lösen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

- Analyse technische Anliegen im Erstkontakt und entwickle gezielte Lösungen

- Leite Maßnahmen ein, um die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund*innen zu erhöhen

- Arbeite eng mit unserem 2nd-Level-Support oder dem Außendienst zusammen

- Richte Endgeräte für unsere Kund*innen ein und begleite sie bei der Inbetriebnahme

- Sorge dafür, dass unsere Kund*innen optimal versorgt werden
