Job Overview:

This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance integrations with external allies. The primary responsibility includes acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders related to technical stability and issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with business, commercial, and Ops teams to improve integrations.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding technical stability and issues.
  • Lead the technical relationship with retailers for their development.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities benefiting the company.
  • Apply critical thinking to communicate issues directly with retailers and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
  • Create and execute a roadmap for improving allies' integrations.
  • Conduct proactive checks to ensure integration stability.
  • Work to identify and resolve integration issues.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience in project management and process improvement with limited resources.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Able to handle large amounts of analytical information.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate sense of urgency, and manage dependencies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Teamwork and proactivity are essential.
  • Effective communication is crucial.

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages.
  • Ability to create scripts for data manipulation using Python and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Engineers, Business Administrators, or related bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience.
  • Good English and/or Spanish communication skills.
