The role of Strategic Delivery Manager involves spearheading projects that drive exceptional customer experiences in Brazil.
- Act as a functional consultant for customers, utilizing project management best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain effective communication and issue resolution skills to guarantee customer success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Lead the development of process improvements and contribute to introducing new best practices to support service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on new releases and products' functionality, developing plans for successful adoption.
- Track key metrics around retention and satisfaction, and work on scopes, pricing, implementation, and delivery of projects.
- Train and ramp up team members as the service grows.
- Travel up to 75% of the time, ensuring flexibility in delivering results.
- Bachelor's Degree required for this position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a scientific or quality control lab environment or comparable experience.
- Fluent proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
- Proven knowledge and experience in project management is necessary.
- Previous experience working remotely and with a remote customer base is highly valued.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management tools is required.
- Experience deploying and training for SaaS products is an asset.
