Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a UX designer or equivalent background
  2. Post-secondary degree or certificate in UX design or equivalent background
  3. Expert knowledge of interaction design fundamentals
  4. Hands-on experience applying user-centered design process, usability heuristics, and gestalt principles
  5. Ability to create complex feature flows and click-through wireframes prototypes
  6. Proficient English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  7. Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
  8. Solid UI and graphic design skills a plus
