Job Role

The User Experience (UX) Design Specialist plays a crucial role in inspiring and helping developers create innovative, intuitive, and beautiful apps and games through design and technical content. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing insightful design and technology feedback to developers to help them create outstanding apps for various platforms.
  • Collaborating with developers to design and build best-in-class apps and solutions.
  • Offering suggestions to app creators to enhance user experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5+ years of work experience in technology, with at least 3+ years in interaction, visual, and/or product design for multiple platforms.
  • Highly proficient with modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, and Principle.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and app development processes.
  • Hands-on experience designing for multiple platforms, including mobile and desktop operating systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
