Principal User Experience Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our team in delivering exceptional user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and best practices. They will be able to drive the creation of innovative design solutions by balancing user needs with business goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creation of user experiences that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and mental models based on research findings.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the success of design solutions.
- Proven ability through a strong portfolio showcasing UX principles, processes, experience mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in leading design thinking workshops.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and cross-functional skills.
- Deep experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- A strong understanding of accessibility standards and how to design inclusive user experiences.
- Experience in designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
