Position Overview
As the Senior Manager of Intellectual Property for LATAM, your responsibilities will include:
- Offering legal guidance and assistance in all aspects of IP, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Leveraging your comprehensive expertise in IP laws pertinent to LATAM to support and advise the regional organization.
- Leading initiatives and showcasing robust execution capabilities to achieve favorable results.
- Adopting a proactive and pragmatic approach to resolving various IP-related challenges and associated issues.
- Collaborating with cross-departmental teams and influencing colleagues in LATAM Affiliates to implement the regional IP strategy.
Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory, with eligibility to practice law.
- A Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law is preferred.
- Professional experience as a Legal Consultant, particularly in IP matters.
- A proactive, practical, and solution-focused mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

The Senior Manager of Intellectual Property for LATAM will be integrated into our LATAM Regional Office, holding managerial responsibilities for IP and related issues, and becoming a vital part of the LATAM Legal team.
