Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent project outcomes in review meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Clearly articulate Product Backlog items from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Prioritize Product Backlog items to best achieve business objectives.
  • Optimize the value of Development Team work.
  • Ensure Product Backlog transparency across the organization.
  • Prepare forecasts, estimates, risks, and plans for product development within a product group.
  • Verify that Development Team understands Product Backlog requirements.
  • Collaborate on Epic refinement within Scrum dependencies.
  • Contribute to fostering a constructive team culture.
  • Align and agree on external deliveries from resources outside Product Development.
  • Guarantee team deliverables comply with relevant standards and applicable workflows.
  • Validate technical deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with responsibility for product backlogs and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, preferably with prior Product Owner experience.
  • Proven track record of planning work for teams and tracking time spent and quality of deliveries.
  • Ability to communicate Business Development and Product Management decisions and background.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and values.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, both oral and written.
