Job Title: Product Leadership Role

A Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning the product roadmap with a Portfolio vision and driving measurable business results through intuitive software solutions.

This visionary leader is responsible for elevating their specialized knowledge of the market to drive optimal success. They partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Design, to bring innovative solutions to the market while maintaining strong relationships with business partners.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software Product Management, with a strong background in leading Agile environments and domain expertise in HCM, Payroll, or HRIS software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain a product roadmap and backlog for high-impact products.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market analysis data to make strategic roadmap decisions.
  • Lead problem discovery efforts through internal stakeholder and customer interviews.
  • Identify and track key KPI's that measure the value of your product.
  • Network with senior business partners to understand their goals and constraints.
  • Provide input into core positioning and messaging of the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Product Management certification preferred.
  • 2+ years in SaaS B2B environment.
  • 1+ year domain experience in HCM, Payroll, or HRIS software.
