Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and strategic direction of our Data practice. As a Data Practice Leader, you will oversee the delivery of complex data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients.


As a key leadership role, you will manage a team of data professionals and partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to design innovative data solutions and win new business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts to support current and future business needs.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation within the Data practice by adopting emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure high-quality project delivery, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • Cross-Practice Initiatives: Collaborate with other practice leads and executives to align cross-practice initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 20+ people.
  • Data Expertise: Hands-on expertise in data architectures, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-Region Team Management: Exposure to multi-region team management.
  • Business Development: Familiarity with pre-sales and business development processes.
