This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in the field of embedded software engineering.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and sustaining integrated core software services that are foundational to the software architecture.

You will contribute to the design, development, implementation, testing, and review of those core software services, working closely with various software teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create robust software solutions that meet configurability, performance, cyber security, and quality requirements.
  • Testing and Review: Develop, review, and execute hardware/software and software/software test plans for unit testing and integration testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Participate in software troubleshooting efforts to root cause failures and defects on various test environments.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Validation: Support V&V through validation test cases execution on various test environments.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in software engineering or adjacent fields.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS on embedded systems, C/C++, Bash, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with Matlab / Matlab Simulink, ARM development, Data Distribution Service (DDS), Embedded RTOS, and GoogleTest.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, Model Based Systems Engineering with SysML, and Cyber Security industry standards.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tradeoffs effectively, travel as required, and possess advanced/fluent English skills.
