Senior Technical Lead for MCA Platform Software

Assume a leadership role in delivering and maintaining core software components, including board support packages, platform services, and middleware applications.

The successful candidate will define technology strategies, ensure security, and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and maintain high software quality standards.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain MCA Platform Software, encompassing BSP, platform services, and middleware.
  • Review and refine system requirements, deriving software requirements from system specifications.
  • Develop and execute hardware/software and integration test plans.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support validation and verification activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and disclosures.

Requirements:

  • BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in device drivers, bootloaders, or BSP development.
  • Experience with Linux OS on embedded systems and knowledge of Linux kernel internals.
  • Proficiency in hardware/software integration, Docker, C/C++, Bash, Python.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
