We are looking for an experienced legal professional to assist attorneys in various capacities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury law.
- Prior experience working with law firms is required.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
