FP&A Leader

We are looking for a strategic FP&A Manager to lead our finance team in Campinas, Brazil.

This role requires driving financial planning and reporting activities, as well as supporting the regional business team in operational & strategic decision-making.

  • Develop accurate and achievable financial plans working closely with department heads.\
  • Update financial projections based on business performance and market trends.\
  • Create and maintain financial models to support short-term and long-term forecasting of revenues and expenses.\
  • Continuously monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying trends and variances, and recommending corrective actions.\

      • Develop regular financial reports and KPI dashboards for management, providing concise and actionable insights into business performance.\
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze their impact on financial results, providing actionable insights to support performance management efforts.\
      • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate potential business opportunities.\
      • Prepare insightful presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.\

              • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.\
              • Proven managerial experience (3+ years) in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a background in budgeting and forecasting.\
              • Proficiency in financial modeling and working knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tm1, data visualization tools).\
