Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Mobility Planning and Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating monthly result routines, ensuring clear visibility of costs, user experience, and delivering insights to be transformed into actions that improve KPIs.

This position demands strategic thinking with excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the monthly reporting of performance metrics, analyzing financial data, and developing high-quality presentations to communicate results effectively to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating/consolidating monthly results routine: Organize and oversee the monthly reporting of performance metrics (Costs, User Satisfaction, Lead time, Policy Compliance), ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Cost Management: Provide clear visibility of all mobility-related costs. Analyze and report on financial data to aid in decision-making and cost optimization.
  • Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to communicate results and strategies effectively to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking/planning: Assist in the strategic planning of the mobility program, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Performance Tracking and Monitoring: Track and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of mobility processes and results, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in Planning and Performance or Finance Management roles is a plus
