About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in large volumes as directed by our Sous Chef.
This role involves maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to standardized recipes, and ensuring timely transfer and scraping of dirty pots.
You will also assist the Sous Chef and other team members as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one cooking experience, with preference given to those with experience in high-volume facilities.
A valid ServSafe Food Handler certificate is required, along with a valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
US citizenship or permanent residency is also required.

You must be able to lift safely and stand for up to 12 hours.
