We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition and fuel business growth. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a strong pipeline for our agents.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and real estate networks.
  • Conduct initial qualification to assess motivation, budget, and readiness.
  • Manage and nurture the lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and agents.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with active campaigns.
  • Stay informed on local market trends to add value during conversations with prospects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate lead generation, inside sales, or ISA role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRMs and sales tools.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outreach while staying organized.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on hitting lead and appointment targets.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
