Key Roles and Responsibilities

The team is looking for a professional to conduct industry research, support business development and transaction execution. This includes preparing detailed company profiles and performing valuation analyses.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industries and companies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive profiles of key companies, including financial data and recent developments.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to value companies using multiple methodologies.
  • Support the preparation of client-facing materials, such as pitch books and sector studies.

Requirements Profile

This role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of financial modeling, including DCF, LBO, and precedent transaction analysis. Fluency in English is essential.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance teams.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
