Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

Directs and is responsible for the successful execution of IT Network infrastructure service/product development initiatives. Consistently applies IT architecture development methodologies such as TOGAF, and formulates target architecture and solution architecture for prioritized infrastructure services and products, including requirements gathering. Utilizes project management techniques to initiate and plan projects, develop project cost structures, track and report project deliverables, manage risks, oversee contracts, and implement project management processes and tools. Develops a 3-to-5-year strategic plan for Network infrastructure products/services, ensuring timely development of necessary architectural requirements to execute the network strategy through annual Operating Plans that are adequately budgeted and funded. Participates in the Architecture Review Board/Design Authority to ensure that all service/product development efforts are aligned and coordinated with the overall IT enterprise strategy and architecture. As a participant in the ARB, contributes to the enhancement of the architecture competency within Ceva. Engages in IT change initiatives at regional and global levels to maximize business benefits. Plays a crucial role in the support structure as part of the escalation process, providing product/service-related expertise for the prompt resolution of incidents and issues. May be involved in the deployment of solutions developed regionally and globally, and is responsible for the operational excellence of the developed product/service. Ensures high client satisfaction for executed projects/engagements. Collaborates with IT Operations, IT Function staff/management, Purchasing/Procurement, Legal, key subcontractors, and/or vendors throughout all lifecycle phases of network solutions. Offers technical advice and guidance to project teams, Service Delivery, and Service Desk & Monitoring groups.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in engineering or a related IT field. Proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus. 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Network infrastructure, with 6 to 8 years specifically as a Network Architect. Expertise in network domains including Cisco/Fortinet LAN/WAN/Cyber-Security, M365-based Telephony, and MS Azure virtual networking. Experience with RFP processes, including SLA development, contract formulation, review, and approval. Vendor performance management experience, including effective governance and operational escalation within managed services (NOC). Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and cultures to resolve issues, thereby minimizing service level risks. Leadership skills in fostering consensus in managing remote teams, resolving conflicts, and delivering effective outcomes. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Familiarity with architecture development methodologies or qualifications, as well as project management skills or certifications. Experience in LAN campus design, Data Center LAN/DMZ design, SD-WAN, Cisco/Fortigate firewalls, IDP/IDS, Azure, and cloud-based proxy services. ITIL Foundation Level Certification and Architecture Development Methodology (TOGAF) certification.
