We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our Implementation team as the Manager, AI Engagement Management. This critical role will involve overseeing all phases of program execution for designing, configuring, and expanding use cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for technical program delivery, process engineering, and defining strategy in a rapidly evolving environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the AI transformation happening in marketing technology today, working alongside customers and internal teams to help them succeed.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Owning all phases of use case delivery, working alongside implementation engineers and customer executives
  • Running design sessions with customers to decide on and document requirements and integration approach
  • Championing delivery & project management excellence through development of process playbooks and best practices
  • Conducting analyses on project health and deliverables
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders at customers
  • Communicating customer needs to product & marketing teams to ensure a customer-centric product roadmap
  • Participating in determining product strategy

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a structured and organized approach, combined with clear communication skills. You should also be a people person with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for new technologies and their potential impact on business-as-usual.

Additionally, you will require strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct analyses on project health and deliverables. You should also be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at both OfferFit and its customers.
