Job Title: Plastic Injection Equipment Specialist

About the Role:
Mold-Masters Brazil is seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Equipment Specialist to join our team in Campinas – São Paulo and surrounding areas. As a key member of our Aftermarket Service team, you will be responsible for providing quality assembly, installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair plastic distribution equipment (temperature controllers; hot runner systems; secondary injection units)
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipment
Effectively interface with customers in repairing equipment as needed
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs
Assembly of new equipment
Assist with the inflow and outflow of equipment for assembly and maintenance
Issue detailed report of all activities performed and keep respective documentation up to date.

About You:
Technical degree in industrial electricity, electronic engineering technology, or other related field, or equivalent training and experience
2+ years of experience working with electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsets
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary
Ability to troubleshoot and educate customer on what the issue is
Customer-focused
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic English (capable to read and write)
2+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool
