We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to support our organization in the conduct of site visits, monitoring of site performance and implementation of action plans as needed.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and monitor site performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement corrective action plans for sites not meeting expectations and provide support to CRAs as required
- Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders to coordinate study visits and shipments of drug and supplies
- University degree in a life science or certification in a related allied health profession
- At least one year of experience in a clinical research environment
- Excellent understanding of biology and biological processes
