A talented Syngo Service Engineer will be responsible for providing remote customer support from our Remote Services Center (RSC), primarily serving the Americas Region.

We have a global team of 66,000 dedicated employees across over 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to improve lives worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritizing 'Best in Industry' customer care for internal and external customers and supporting staff
  • Developing action plans for complex issues within established deadlines
Requirements:
  • At least four years of experience working in Hospital IT environments
  • Expertise in Healthcare IT and workflows
  • RIS/HIS/PACS/Storage interfacing skills
  • Advanced software visualization experience with at least two years of proficiency in Terra Recon - Visual images - other vendors a plus
  • Excellent English language skills, ideally as a native speaker, are necessary; Spanish language skills and knowledge of other languages is a plus
