Base Oil Trader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Base Oil Trader to join our team in Latin America, based in Brazil.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive physical base oil trading across Brazil and wider Latin America.
    • Source, negotiate, and execute profitable deals aligned with market opportunities.
    • Establish long-term partnerships with refiners, blenders, and distributors.
    • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
    • Monitor regional supply-demand trends and contribute to global trading strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in physical oil or base oil trading.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Latin American base oil and lubricants markets.
  • Trading Skills: Proven ability to originate and grow trading flows in emerging markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.
