Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and supporting our diverse team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance. Additionally, you will modify and upgrade products, provide startup assistance/installation supervision, and train on all S&C products of both current and past vintages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent mechanical skills and ability to interpret electrical drawings.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of utility electrical protection equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
