We are seeking a skilled Corporate Law Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience in offshore company administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate and maintain offshore companies, particularly in jurisdictions such as BVI and Cayman.
  • Manage a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and trusts.
  • Provide guidance on legal, administrative, and corporate governance matters.
  • Draft and review shareholder meeting minutes, proxies, and statutory documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, banking) on client matters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Record chargeable time and support invoicing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate services or financial services.
  • Familiarity with director/shareholder changes and company registrations.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in corporate law and company secretarial work.
  • Proven experience with the incorporation and administration of offshore companies.
