Energy Transformation Sales Leader

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in the US market. As an Energy Transformation Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the success of our sales organization.

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets and expand SolarEdge's presence in the US market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including solar distributors, installers, and project developers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% of the time, as required.
