Industry Transformation Expert

As a key player in driving business growth, we seek an experienced professional to join our team as an Industry Business Consultant.

About the Role

This critical position plays a vital role in supporting sales performance by providing valuable insights and guidance to clients. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-makers within our customers' ecosystem by showcasing the benefits of our product portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture Customer Executive relationships in partnership with Sales Experts
  • Reveal the value of our product portfolio during the Value Assessment phase by identifying business drivers, objectives, and expected benefits
  • Articulate the value by defining the customer's business changes, identifying processes impacted by the change, and defining performance indicators and targets for these processes
  • Prepare and build value perspective and scope of work proposals to reach agreement with the customer
  • Define how to capture and expose performance indicators and initialize monitoring of the value
  • Confirm and assess the impact on the business during the delivery phase
  • Deliver executive presentations to customers sponsors
  • Establish credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of business transformation by leveraging people, processes, and solutions
  • Actively contribute to account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer (Business Model, Customer Value Model, Customer strategy)
Your Key Success Factors
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8+ years' experience in business operations in the Manufacturing domain
  • Experience in a consulting firm or corporate role delivering strategy and operational projects with an emphasis on business transformation and change management
  • Knowledge in MES, MOM, S&OP, Production Processes, and Production Scheduling
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Business Process Architecture and Solution Implementation, Business case and use case development, financial modeling, analytics strategy and implementation, complex program management, or enterprise business
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams
  • Strong Finance and Business Acumen
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • Effective Time-Management Skills
  • Effective Relationship Management Skills, especially with C-Level Executives
  • Proficient English Communication Skills, written and verbal
