This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our LatAm offices.
As a senior business development leader, you will be responsible for leading industry-specific vertical teams that deliver innovative solutions, resulting in sustained revenue growth.
- Generate business results, meeting key metrics across all solution lines and geographies.
- Ensure the adoption of global best practices and provide industry knowledge in the region.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for clients within the defined industry or customer segment to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and prioritize regionally targeted opportunities that cross solution lines.
- Manage industry-specific knowledge in the region to inform specific opportunities according to the capabilities of the solution line.
- Lead and manage industry talent, establishing career paths and developing expert colleagues.
- Provide industry insights to support line-of-solution innovation using data & analytics tools.
- Participate in industry Think Tanks, supporting the development and execution of industry priorities and standards.
- Ensure clear execution requirements among industry team members to ensure customers receive the right level of service and support.
- Accompany the development of industry colleague expertise across geographies.
