**What the day will look like**
An industry leader, he is responsible for leading industry-specific vertical teams that deliver innovative and integrated solutions, resulting in sustained revenue growth for Aon in the industry. Model a "One Aon" mentality at all times.
- In conjunction with geographies, and industry leaders by sub-region:
- Generates business results, meeting new, additional new, retention, and rollover business metrics across all solution lines and geographies. He has a detailed knowledge of the income under his responsibility, managing pipeline, budget, and income.
- Ensure the adoption of global best practices and provide industry knowledge in the region.
- Identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities for clients within the defined industry or customer segment to achieve regional revenue targets and meet growth strategy.
- Develops and executes go-to-market strategy and prioritization of regionally targeted opportunities that cross solution lines.
- Manages industry-specific knowledge in the region, to inform specific opportunities according to the capabilities of the solution line, as well as the value proposition for the company.
- Lead and manage industry talent, establishing career paths and developing expert colleagues in the industry.
- It provides industry insights to support line-of-solution innovation, using Aon's data & analytics tools.
- Participates in the industry Think Tank, supporting the development and execution of industry priorities and standards.
- Ensures execution requirements for shared aspects of the operating model are clear among industry team members to ensure customers receive the right level of service and support from the region.
- It accompanies the development of industry colleague expertise across geographies.
- Generate guidelines for compliance with the global standard according to the particularities of your Industry.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Experience: 8-10 years _
- _Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry_
- _ Studies and/or specialties: Business management, engineering, preferably postgraduate studies _
- _Languages: Spanish, English, optional Portuguese _
- _Technological Tools: Microsoft office_
