Healthcare Industry Lead

The Healthcare and Life Sciences industry vertical leader plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by expanding the organization's presence with mid- to large-sized healthcare clients. This position develops strategic marketing and business plans, initiatives, and services tailored to the local market; establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders; provides production leadership and sales management; is responsible for a team of professionals; oversees acquisitions and resource utilization within the group; provides guidance on marketing and technical matters; leads negotiations and assists in building a talent pipeline and identifying qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Results-driven executive leading a fully built-out profit and loss statement with direct responsibility to drive North American results for the healthcare industry.
  • Strong focus on leading recruitment and retention of top talent, including producers and other sales professionals.
  • Manage controllable expenses to achieve margin goals.
Qualifications:
  • 15 years' experience in leading, marketing, or servicing major accounts and organizations.
  • Management experience required.
  • Licensed professional.

As an experienced professional in the field, you will be able to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of available services, and develop practical solutions that meet clients' needs. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to guide cross-functional teams toward successful sales and service efforts.

This role requires an executive presence with polished and well-developed oral and written communication skills, as well as availability to travel as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully direct multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget.
