About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales expert to drive enrollment for our educational institution. In this mid-level, full-cycle sales role, you will guide qualified leads through the enrollment journey—helping individuals unlock career opportunities through life-changing education.

Your Responsibilities- Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with interested prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and tailor value-driven pitches
- Assist leadership with follow-ups and closing conversations
- Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in CRM
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales messaging, targeting, and workflows
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Minimum 1 year in a quota-carrying role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple conversations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment during EST hours
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
