Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the development, coordination and review of designs and technical standards for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and project management skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical oversight during design and construction, ensuring value-engineered solutions that meet project specifications and enhance system performance.
  • Driving technical excellence and providing supervision for the design and construction phases of the project.
  • Leading and overseeing engineering service providers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar and energy storage project engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams &/or consultants and managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, EPC processes, and interconnection requirements.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, SCADA, and Primavera.
