We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic project. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience working with large datasets, developing dashboards and visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  •   Develop engaging and intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  •   Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs and drive business outcomes.
  •   Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
  •   Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Data Analyst (junior to senior levels welcome).
  •   Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool.
  •   Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
  •   Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources.
  •   Experience with Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
  •   English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment.
  •   Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
  •   Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  •   Knowledge of ETL processes or working alongside data engineering teams.
  •   Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
