**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Social Media Analyst. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that contribute to maintaining a dynamic and devoted audience across various social platforms.

The Social Media Analyst will plan editorial calendars, brief creative teams, and ensure deliveries align with the social strategy. They will also collaborate with different areas of the company to reach various goals.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Analyst will oversee campaign organization, continuous engagement initiatives, data collection, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create content calendars aligned with marketing priorities, curating and uploading social content that acts as an extension of our marketing campaigns.
  • Brief the in-house creative team and agencies to create assets that generate impressions and engagements on social handles.
  • Work with the social, marketing, creative, merchandising, and publicity teams on marketing priorities to implement cohesive 360° campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a BS degree with a focus on Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business, or equivalent work experience. Experience in social media, marketing, and/or agencies is required.

Nice to Have:

- Spanish language skills

- Community management experience working across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok

- Experience working with creative teams and using social, project management, and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Listen First, and Sprout
