We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Sweden. As an integral part of our IT industry recruitment strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top engineering talent for various roles across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

  • You will work closely with our global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Your duties will include building trust with suitable candidates, guiding them through relocation and visa processes, and presenting the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Maintain a high level of service, brand awareness, and professionalism in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience. You should also have a solid network of local IT engineering talent, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of contemporary IT technologies.
