Lead Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the development of data analytics solutions on enterprise data platforms. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, working with distributed computing technologies such as Spark/Hive/Hadoop, and proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of transforming customer requirements into best-fit design and architecture.

  • Data Analytics Solutions: Design and implement data analytics solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes and develop new ones.
  • Leadership Skills: Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing data analytics solutions on enterprise data platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PySpark, Python, SQL, and experience with distributed computing technologies such as Spark/Hive/Hadoop.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
