Job Opportunity:

The position of Data Analytics Manager encompasses leading a high-performance team of data analysts and providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of data analysts, providing technical direction and support.
  • Verify that best practices have been followed for delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with product leaders, engineering, and commercial strategy to formulate a unified data-driven approach.
  • Support the prioritization process in analysis requests for your team alongside stakeholders and DPMs.
  • Balance team leadership efforts with practical development/coding of data products, metrics, and visualizations to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive business strategy by providing insights into current performance and highlighting areas of opportunity for growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics, or related field.
  • Prior experience in technical management of Data Analyst teams and extensive experience in data analysis, data science.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory - collaboration with a global team.
  • Prior experience in cloud solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata.
